As I reflect on the past four years, my overwhelming feeling is one of gratitude.
It has been an honor to serve the Novato community, and I recognize that any success we have achieved has been the result of the collective efforts of many dedicated people. I am grateful to my City Council colleagues for their partnership, thoughtful collaboration, and shared commitment to doing what is best for Novato. I deeply appreciate our City staff, whose expertise, professionalism, and hard work often happen behind the scenes but are essential to every accomplishment.
I also extend my heartfelt thanks to our residents, community organizations, volunteers, and local businesses. Your engagement, insight, and commitment to our city have guided our work and strengthened our community. The conversations we have had, the challenges we have faced, and the solutions we have developed together have made Novato stronger.
Everything that follows is a reflection of what we have accomplished together. I am proud of our progress, grateful for the trust and support I have received, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for Novato.
